South African Hotel stops Falcons feeding

The situation in the camp of Nigeria's female national team, the Super Falcons gets more ridiculous by the day as latest reports getting to nigeriasports.com indicate that the Hotel has stopped the feeding of the players.

The players, in a revolt never before seen in Nigerian Football refused to return home after winning the African Women Championships in protest of the non payment of their match bonuses amounting to $6,000 (Six thousand dollars).

"They have stopped feeding us," a players with the side told nigeriasports.com on tuesday morning.

"Right now we depend on Nigerians based in this country to take care of us so that we do not starve to death."

The players were however adamant that no matter the situation, they would not leave the Hotel until all their entitlements are paid.

"They have to pay us because we are really tired of playing thank you football. If we were the Super Eagles would we be treated that way?"

"We will manage and just hang on and it does not matter how hungry we get. It is something we have decided to do and we will do it together"

NFA Chairman, Ibrahim Galadima was quoted as saying on Tuesday morning that the situation in the Falcons team is not the fault of the NFA but the Sports Ministry who did not release any money for the African Women Championships.

This is a message to my lovely SUPER FALCONS, whatever you girls are going through right now, please hang in there dont give up or loose hope God almighty will work with you, keep on fighting, victory will come in the end whether they like it or not. NFA and the nigerian govt must be taught a lesson. ONCE AGAIN GOD PUNISH THE SPORT MINISTER AND THE NFA.

The Super Falcons whould tell those NFA's that they are not Animals which they can be treated anyhow. what else could they do again. They have won the cup still you owe them. They should stay there as much as they can if they refused to pay them. Can u imagined such a treatment? Congratulation for your 4th victory. If NFA do not appreciate your efforts, We Nigerians do so. We are behind you all the time because you are best and you deserve best as well.

I'm solidly behind the actions of our Beloved Super Falcons for protesting lack of payment of their match bonuses. Infact, its high time this our so called NFA and Sports Ministry big bellys stop eating their cake and still having it.
OBJ, Naija image abroad is 0% coz of this problem caused by Musa Mohammed,Galadima ,Ogunjobi and Omidiran..If the truth is allowed to prevail in this issue now, u got to see that those monies are stacked in their big pockets and bank accounts.

NFA, (NO FUTURE AMBITION!!!!!) The name speaks for its self, then it should be desolved and an interim committee to head the place for the mean time. Hang in there girls nothing will harm you all. You have only open the can of worms for all to see. I am sad that government till now, don't even bother to interven in the matter. Really sad.

IF IT'S NOT NFA THEN IT IS SPORTS MINISTRY... I REALLY THOUGHT WE ARE FORGING AHEAD BUT I WAS WRONG COS POLITICS AND ETHNICITY HAS RUIN EVERYTHING HERE IN NIGERIA.

I WILL ADVICE SPORT MINISTRY AND THERE PARTNER IN CRIME (NFA) TO QUIT ALL THOSE DRAMA OF THEIRS COS WE ARE NO LONGER KIDS.

BACK TO REALITY...IS THIS HUMAN? LET'S SAY YOU HAVE YOUR OWN DAUGHTER AS ONE OF THE GALS OVER THERE IN SOUTH AFRICA...,THINK ABOUT IT.
