Enow Ngachu the assistant coach of the Camerounian female national team billed to tackle the Falcons on Sunday in the AWC final has said that the Camerounian girls look good for the African women championship gold come Sunday. Making this declaration in an exclusive chat with nigeriasports.com, the Bi-lingual coach described the Falcons as an unbalanced team. “Experience is Nigeria’s strongest weapon. They are fast in the attack only but they have no good mid-fielders. The defence is a mess and they have no good goal-keeper”, he disclosed.
The Camerounian coach also revealed that the team has got a date with history. “To be frank with you, Nigeria is the best African country concerning women soccer but it wouldn’t be difficult for us to beat them because we want to create history our selves. We know Nigeria well and we know they are scared of us. We are ready to go back with the cup because we prepared very well for it. The people of Cameroun will not take anything less than a victory”, he said.
When asked in what departments does he think his team is better off than the Nigerians, he said they are better in all departments. "Our collective style of play gives us the edge. Our morale and physical stamina is another thing. By nature, we are strong. We can play for two days non-stop. We have no weak points in this tournament and the other advantage is that some of our girls play in your league and they know them better. We are by far ahed honestly.
On his final prediction, he said he is going all out for a Camerounian victory. " As a Camerounian I will like to go back with the cup. It is going to be tough though since football is not an exact science and I cannot just predict the scoreline but victory is ours".
