I want to make history_Falcons captain

Super Falcons skipper, Kikelomo Ajayi has revealed that she would be hoping to create history come Sunday as the only player to have won the AWC a record 4 times out of four when the Nigerian team file out against cameroun in the final.

Speaking to CS after the game against Ethiopia, the central defender disclosed that only God can stop the Falcons from lifting the trophy. "What I will say is that we thank God for the victories so far and the final qualification. Am happy with our performance today and I believe only god can stop us now", she boasted while revealing that the final is just all over her mind. "I want to create history as the captain to lift the trophy and also become the first player to win it all four times. I have so much belief in our coach and I expect him to come out with a winning strategy on Sunday".

On how she rates the Camerounians ahead of the final showdown, the police machine player said there is nothing fantastic about them. "There is nothing special about the Camerounians. We were only unlucky to have drawn the last game against them and I will be the happiest player if we can win on Sunday" as she concluded that she believes so much in herself and her team mates ablity to go all the way.

Kikelomo Ajayi remains the only player in the team to have played in every AWC tournament since inception in 1998 while assistant captain, Yinka Kudaisi only missed the 2002 edition in Warri Nigeria.
