Falcons fly to AWC final

The final of the African women championship, South Africa 2004 billed for October 3rd will be between Nigeria and Cameroun, nigeriasports.com reports.

The Nigerian team, defending champions since inception, thrashed Ethiopia 4-0 while Cameroun defeated Ghana 1-0 in the first semi-final.

Cameroun scored the decider in the 5th minute of extra time though a ferocious shot by Bwella Francoise while Nigeria, with goals from Cynthia Uwak (2), Effionwa Ekpo and Perpetua Nkwocha romped into her fourth straight final by dismissing less fancied Ehiopia.

Ghana and Ehiopia will now battle for the third place on the 1st of October.

Yes, its right time for other Super Falcon players to avenge the injuries of their colleagues on the wicked camerounians, though not by fighting them but by pumping in as many goals into their net in the final match. The camerounians are wicked and felt that by injuring our best legs they will be able to defeat our lovely falcons.

I actually don't want them to qualify for the final but the Ghanian forked up, but thats Ghana's problem but the Camerounians must go down against Super Falcons by God grace in the final.

Yes, Rotimi i agree with u the camerounians must be disgrace come sunday Insha Allah. Their attitude towards the last match with falcons is notting to talk about, their unprofessionalism on the field of play shows that they are not a good team but a fighter who thinks they can get whatever they want by inflitting injuries on the falcons players.

Listen my girls, i want u guys to go out there and play your normal football and disgrace them from the beginning of the game to the end. show them that football is not played by using power rather skillful and experience is the key to good football, my girls i want u to teach them soccer, take this song and keep it till after the match because this is the song that u guys will be singing. this is great despite all the unpleasant things the nigeria football association metted out to the super falcons they still went ahead to the finals, i hail u girls, plz dont relent untill u bring back the cup to nigeria.

as for the camerounians, they will see nothing than 5-0 after they had the gut to draw with Nigeria in the group stage. their gra gra will not save them this time around.
