Semi Clay floored in Ghana

National welterweight contender, Semi Clay continued his losing streak in last week when he was knocked out in the second round by Joshua Okine of Ghana. Nigeriasports.com can report.

Clay who has contested for the national title on different occasions had no answer to the barrage of punches from the Ghanaian. In another welterweight bout Nigeria’s Baba Musa was also kayoed in the second round by Ghanaian Philip Kotey.

On the same 'Friday Night Fight' put together by Ambition and Nii Armah Promotions, Ghana's Osumanu Adama retained his West Africa super welterweight title with third round TKO over Benin's Sechegbe Mathurin.
